1. The PL type single machine dust collector is installed near the mechanical equipment that generates dust, and the user can configure metal or plastic pipes and vacuum hoods (or be designed by the manufacturer) according to the size of the dust collector's inlet.

2. Before operating the PL type single machine dust collector, the maintenance door and flange connections should be checked for sealing to prevent air leakage and reduce dust removal efficiency.

3. The dust collector has a voltage of 380V and can be used from the external power supply of the dust collector. During the initial operation, attention should be paid to the direction of rotation of the fan (if it is reversed, the power supply wiring needs to be swapped)

4. The cover of the PL type single machine dust collector control cabinet should not be opened arbitrarily in the working room. If it is necessary to adjust the cleaning time or repair the circuit, the machine should be stopped or the power should be cut off before proceeding.

5. Adjust the timing of dust cleaning according to the nature and concentration of dust.
